Admissions to School for all ages

Parents who are interested in sending their children to St Peter’s CE Primary Academy are strongly encouraged to visit and see our academy for themselves. Please contact the academy office to record your interest in a school place and to make an appointment to visit our academy with the Headteacher. Mr Will Stevens. Parents can also get more information about specific admission arrangements from Rosie Chandler, the Bursar.

It is possible for children to start mid-way through an academic year if there are spaces in their year group or to register for a place for the start of the new school year in September. Please discuss your requirements with the headteacher or a member of the office staff.

Rising 3s

We can also offer places to ‘Rising 3s’ in the term after the child’s 3rd birthday (subject to availability) based on 15 or 30 hours eligibility. In addition to this, we are able to accept fully paying three-year-olds places from the date of their third birthday in our setting, in advance of them becoming eligible for funded places in the term after their third birthday. Please see the Rising 3s page or contact the academy office for more details.

All three and four year olds are entitled to 15 hours government paid childcare. If parents meet certain criteria, they may be eligible for 30 hours of free childcare. More information on 30 hours eligibility criteria can be found in the link below:
